  • Creating Food Journals and Time Management worksheets to accommodate time for cooking and cleaning.
  • Assessing your kitchen tools, and space and preparing to have a successful week.
  • Analyzing your “red, green, yellow” trigger foods and any allergies or intolerances you may have.
  • Macro “counting”: settling on a sustainable amount of calories and macros that your body will be happy with. Using either a food tracking app for the Hand Portion control method.
  • Meal planning and grocery shopping are specified for weight loss and fuelling to accommodate fitness levels.
  • Creating a balanced plate at work, at home and when eating at events.
  • Learning to focus on healthy proteins, carbs and fats and when to single them out and incorporate them into your day.
  • Printable PDFs for grocery shopping and meal planning are made easy to see visually.
  • Progress based on scale measurements, photos and/or daily check-ins with self.
  • Supplemental recommendations based on diet needs, deficiencies or blood work/doctor's requisites.
  • Additional help with sleep hygiene, creating a nighttime and morning routine to optimize sleep to help with ghrelin and leptin levels.
  • How to still eat your favourite foods, and dessert and still lose weight.
  • Assisting in creating recipes, meal planning, grocery shopping and meal prepping.
  • Eating healthy and losing weight on a budget.
  • Eating to specific hormone imbalance requirements.

  • Ability to work with food preferences such as vegan or vegetarianism. Alongside working with allergies or intolerances that may include but are not limited to gluten, dairy and nuts.
